Steps to report:

  1. Choose the product to which you would like to report an incident.
  2. In the subsequent page, choose the tab "Report an issue"
  3. Provide a brief summary of the incident.
  4. Make sure the description of your incident is clear and concise.
  5. Do not forget to provide your URL (the address from your web browser). This will help us to resolve issues quicker.
  6. Please include attachments to ensure the problem is described in full. For help on including attachments, check the "?" link next to the "Reproduce Steps" field.

Remember the more information you provide, the easier it is to reproduce an incident and this results in a quicker resolution for you.

If you do not have an id to login to http://support.egenie.org, please mail to support@acpcomputer.edu.sg with your school name to request for an id.

For critical issues, on eLearning day, do call us @ 6227 7996 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Server Maintenance

We carry out routine maintenance on the last Friday and Saturday of every month.

Your connectivity and services with us may be interrupted for short periods during the maintenance window.

The maintainence will commence from 07:00pm, Friday to 07:00pm, Saturday (Singapore Time). Users may experience a short disruption of service during that time.

The next server Maintenance will be on the 26th and 27th June 2009.

We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please inform us atleast 2 weeks in advance to your eLearning day. This will help us to plan and ensure that support personnel are on standby in case you have any problems. We will also be monitoring your systems on eLearning day and will proactively notify you in case of overloads.
